You are wondering, I would like to participate in the Right Wire Report – Strike Force team, but I simply have little time to participate. Perhaps you are occasionally on Facebook or even Twitter. Or perhaps your accounts have been dormant for a while. Perhaps now is the time to reactivate. Right Wire Report has come up with a way you can tweet and post, causing engagement with little to no work. Introducing Auto Strike Force. It is very important to expand our reach, opposing the voices that drown out ours, by having the voices of conservatives constantly on social media platforms. It’s all about the view counts.

So how can we do this? –  automation. Auto Strike Force is not a bot, rather a mechanism for you to instruct a program to emit messages on your behalf, on an automation basis. The technology is simple. The Right Wire Report is producing content constantly that gets sent to an RSS feed. The RSS feed can then be redirected and placed directly on your social media accounts. This has an effect of multiplying our voices. All you have to do is to set it up once, and you’re done. Right Wire Report does the rest.

The rest of this post gives you a step by step Set-Up Guide to get you going. If you should need help, we are here – email us at info@rightwirereport.com or join one of our chat rooms for real-time support – click here. If you have your social media accounts set-up already, for the tech-savvy, it will take about 5 to 10 minutes – otherwise perhaps 30 minutes to an hour. Do you have this much time for God and country … 😉 … ? If you have a Website (WordPress or Blogger), Facebook Group, Twitter or Reddit subreddit (1000 or more users) where we can RSS post our feed, in exchange we will add you to our Partner Links that appear on every post right sidebar. Email us for more information.

Auto Strike Force – Set-Up Guide

1) Establish Account at IFTTT

We first need to set-up an account at https://ifttt.com/ that provides a service to connect the Right Wire Report RSS output to a social media account target. But prior to this, ensure you are logged into the social media platform(s) you will be targeting. The following are the steps to establish your account at IFTTT:

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the IFTTT website click the Sign-up button – yes it is free.
  2. You may either sign up with your Facebook identity or via regular email. Click the appropriate link.
  3. If signing up via email, fill out the form with your email and password. Don’t forget to save your password. As well, you will be asked to confirm your email sent to your email account (if you don’t find the confirmation email, make sure you typed the email correctly or perhaps it is your email’s spam folders).

2) IFTTT Social Media Authorization

Whenever you access a configuration that needs access to a target social media platform, you will be requested to click an authorization popup window. Again, remember you will need to be previously logged into the target social media platform to grant access. We give you an idea what this looks like here:

  1. The Twitter Authorization popup.
  2. The Facebook Authorization popup. Note that you can edit this to a specific Facebook user ID or a Facebook page.

  2. From the previous step, you will be presented with the Account settings. You can set your time zone, email alerts (suggest setting only – important alerts) and uncheck Auto-shorten URLs. One can latter change the password if needed. The rest of the options you can leave undisturbed.
  3. Select a default profile settings from one of your social media accounts logged in to establish identity. Then click the Set profile button to save the information.
  4. Note that you can run several social media profiles at the same time.

Comments

  • None of this prevents you from regularly going into your social media accounts and continually making tweets and posts. In fact, you should do so as much as you possibly can.
  • Do note that the gearbox icon on the configuration pages of the applications allows for the deletion (to start again) and editing of entities in IFTTT if mistakes are made.
  • The mechanism to feed your target social media account resides on the IFTTT server, and hence having your social media account(s) active or your PC turn on is not required – it runs totally in the cloud over the internet.
  • Please also note that Right Wire Report, though no one can guarantee what new conservative censorship ToS rules social media companies dream up, we do take great care to make sure our messages are ToS compliant to the social media platforms we use.
  • We notice sometimes there are hangups when setting multiple social media targets. If this happens refresh page and/or logout and login to IFTTT to clear cookies.
